We are pioneers of mobile technology and enable system houses, companies, associations and agencies to create their own apps with our premium technology.

With our Mobility Suite, our partners can create mobile applications for smartphones, tablets and interactive kiosk systems for themselves and their own customers efficiently and without specific developer knowledge.

We are looking for an Account Manager (m/w/d) to support our customers and partners.

This position is all about attracting and retaining our customers and partners. These include large trading companies, system houses, service providers and associations.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • As an Account Manager, you will take care of all the needs of our customers and partners in the DACH area – starting with the preparation of offers, workshops and up to complaints management.
  • You present our range of technologies and analyze solution approaches for and with new and existing customers.
  • You always provide guidance for our customers’ questions and concerns.
  • You always keep an eye on the market and our competitors.
  • You bring new ideas into strategic sales planning.
  • You take an active part in trade fairs and congresses. There, you easily make new customer contacts and intensify them afterwards at decision-maker level.

 

Your profile:

 

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar one
  • 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technology company
  • An independent and focused way of working
  • Excellent understanding of customer requirements and solution-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to travel
  • Charming communication skills as well as very good written and spoken German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office
